Jamie is a Client Delivery Lead, primarily specialising in Berwick Talent Solutions (BTS). Jamie plays a dual role on the Research team, collaborating with consultants to successfully fill niche senior leadership and executive roles.
Since joining Berwick Partners in January 2022, Jamie has been working with clients across all industries and sectors to recruit specialist roles at the mid-senior level. His role involves acting as a lead on recruitment projects, particularly those involving multiple roles across different skillsets and geographies. He has successfully filled notable roles such as Head of Safety, Head of Region South East, and Head of Region Wales and West for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. He has also recruited for positions such as Head of Marketing at James Cropper, Head of M&E at Forth Ports Tilbury, and Sales Director at McCain.

Prior to joining Berwick, Jamie started his career in internal recruitment for Sainsbury’s before transitioning to agency recruitment with Computer People in Manchester, which is part of the Adecco Group. He then spent seven years with a boutique consultancy in Altrincham, specializing in mid-senior level roles within CX (Customer Experience) and Customer Contact.
Jamie holds a 2:1 degree in History from Manchester Metropolitan University. Outside of work, he is a passionate golfer and avid sports enthusiast; he is a dedicated supporter of Liverpool FC. He also has a keen interest in music and often attends live events and concerts throughout the UK.
