Jonathan is a Partner and Head of our Manufacturing and Engineering Executive Search Practice. Specialising in board, director-level, and senior functional appointments, Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in delivering executive recruitment campaigns for both listed Plc groups, as well niche privately-owned SME organisations. A key advocate of diverse leadership teams and long-term relationships with ambitious and market leading organisations, he is fortunate to work with some superb manufacturing brands. Jonathan is supported by his PA Claire Crawford.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a father to three very active children, a supporter of rugby union (former player / now watches his son play from the side-lines), avid walker, and lover of the UK’s beautiful and dramatic countryside.
