Katie Butler

Katie is a Personal Assistant, joining the company in 2019. 

Katie’s role includes providing comprehensive support to our executive search recruiters and the Heads of Practices. Beyond her primary responsibilities, Katie actively participates in fundraising activities for Cancer Research UK, Berwick Partners’ charity partner. She maintains strong relationships with the PA and wider team, fostering a supportive work environment. With previous experience in a luxury bridal boutique, Katie brings a track record of accuracy and organisation to her role. 

Katie’s meticulous attention to detail, dedication, and collaborative mindset make her an invaluable asset as a trusted Personal Assistant at Berwick Partners. Her attributes and skills contribute to the company’s success and create a positive work environment.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, baking, and home improvements. She values spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their golden retriever.
