Alex Richardson is a Partner and Head of our IT, Digital & Technology Leadership Practice. He specialises in recruiting IT and technology leadership and change positions. He works across all sectors but has a particular interest in working within Healthcare and Higher Education. Alex is supported by his PA Georgia Nation.

Prior to joining us, Alex was a key member of the IT Division of a global recruiter for over twelve years. He was responsible for the leadership of a regional IT recruitment team focused upon the North and Midlands with a specialism in technology infrastructure, architecture, and leadership.

I love helping organisations, particularly legacy organisations, harness the power of digital to transform.

Alex is a sports fan, occasional football and rugby player. His time is now primarily taken up with the coaching side as he is a qualified FA Football coach and an IRB qualified Rugby coach. His weekends and evenings are spent coaching both football and rugby teams for children.
