Communication from Simon was excellent. He worked with us, understood the brief well and the profile of candidates we were looking for; both searches had 2 phases and by the 2nd phase, both reached successful conclusions with high quality candidates secured for both roles. Easy to work with, feedback from candidates themselves on their interaction with Simon (and Lisa) are very good and professional which helped candidates view of Shoal Group and the quality of agency we had engaged with for these appointments. We are pleased with the quality of candidates secured.

The assignment for the Senior Programme Manager and Chief Engineer have both been completed successfully, with the Chief Engineer having already started with the business and the Senior Programme Manager to commence working for the organisation very soon. Feedback for Simon and the team is very positive, they provided a shortlist of candidates for the roles and as an organisation we are pleased to have made some crucial hires to support our growth plans.

Colin provided an excellent service sourcing our Switchgear Director. He took to the time to visit the site and understand the requirements of the position before offering a number of very interesting candidates. He was very supportive during the process, providing feedback to us and the candidates. Each candidate also expressed very positive feedback regarding the process. 

Jonathan and the team handled a high profile General Manager job for us. Jonathan took the time to understand the company in detail and gave us an excellent short list of candidates. We were fully kept up to date through the process and ended up with an excellent recruit. We would definitely work with Jonathan and his team again. 

I like working with Corinne as she is honest and will always advise you of the challenges with the assignments she puts you forward for.  I found this helped with managing my expectations of the role.  She provided great support to me when my CV needed to be amended by highlighting some specific JD related skills.  She has also being proactive with finding a new role for me and more importantly the roles that match my skills.  Finally, she has always allowed me to provide an insight on possible changes ahead.  Simply wonderful and refreshing to work with.

Rob had good experience in both the software technical aspects and a good understanding of QLM’s general needs.
