We have an in-house, fully qualified executive search assessment team who undertake assessments to compare capable candidates at interview stage. This enables us to objectively make comparisons between candidates and provide further insight to inform interview questioning.

Aptitude testing provides an insight into an individual’s skills and abilities and can act as a differentiator between strong candidates. We are able to assess a candidate’s verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning and have access to spatial reasoning tests where required.
Personality profiling provides valuable insight into a candidate’s attitudes, behaviours and cultural fit. It reveals relative strengths and weaknesses on various personality traits and is able to assess an individual’s leadership style. Profiling also provides deeper insight into a candidate’s personality DNA which can be used to structure a more in-depth and relevant interview.
