- 35% are more likely to outperform their competitors
- 70% are more likely to capture new markets
- Are 1.7 times more likely to be innovative
The Inclusive Recruitment Diagnostic is an online, interactive tool which measures maturity levels in the six key stages of recruitment resulting in evidence-based recommendations.
Sue Johnson said, “This is an analytical and evidence-based tool which provides a laser focus on activity and identifies how inclusive a recruitment process is in place within an organisation.”
“We are delighted that so many of the top UK brands share our vision and are participating in the pilot including several FTSE 100 businesses, a leading manufacturer, retail chain and London-based University.
It is expected that the Inclusive Recruitment Diagnostic will be available to market in the Spring of 2023.
