Berwick Partners expands Central Government Practice with new key appointment

UK senior management recruitment firm, Berwick Partners, has strengthened its Central Government practice with a new Principal Consultant, Caitlin Tickell.

Caitlin, an experienced search professional, will advise government departments, their agencies and arm’s-length bodies on key appointments and broader talent management.

She joins Berwick Partners from an international executive search firm where she spent five years partnering with public bodies. She will play a key role in Berwick Partner’s strategy for expansion across the broader government and public sector markets, and work closely with colleagues in sister companies, Odgers Berndtson and Odgers Interim.
