Basil is a Partner and Head of the HR Executive Search Practice. He is responsible for recruiting senior management and leadership roles across all functions within HR and focuses on blue collar industries and the technology sector. He is supported by his PA Lucy Marwood.

Prior to joining Berwick Partners, Basil spent 19 years working for a leading global recruitment agency, the last 6 of which were in Japan, where he was Managing Director. Before moving to Japan he ran their HR executive search practice for the regions for 8 years and was personally focused on recruiting senior HR positions.

I am passionate about finding clients the best talent in the market and giving candidates exceptional service.

Basil is a graduate from Newcastle University. Outside of work, his children are his primary focus in life.
