Lucy Marwood

Lucy is an experienced PA Team Leader who has been with Berwick Partners since 2015. She provides support to Basil leRoux, Partner and Head of the HR Practice, and Simon Betts, Principal Consultant within our Manufacturing & Engineering Practice.

Lucy manages the assignment process from start to finish to the highest of standards, delivering exceptional client and candidate care along the way. In her role as PA Team Leader, Lucy mentors, guides, and oversees the PA team, ensuring that processes are being followed and the standard of work is consistently high across the entire team. In addition to her role as a PA, Lucy actively participates in various aspects of the business. She is a valued member of the Manchester office, partaking in our CSR initiatives.

I am an experienced and dedicated PA, who enjoys building relationships with everyone that I work with, whether it be colleagues or clients and candidates. I then feel I can confidently manage the assignment process with autonomy and to a very high standard for all involved.

Before joining Berwick Partners, Lucy worked as a PA in a property management company, specialising in commercial brand activity. Lucy has a degree from Nottingham Trent University in Fashion and Textile Management.

Lucy is mum to two little girls (1 and 3) who take up her time! She is also a keen runner and has recently entered the ballot for the Great North Run, it will be her fourth time participating. Lucy loves the outdoors having been brought up on a farm in the north east and often visits her family who live there.
