Objective: to support the transformation of 1700 strong software engineering function to be more product aligned within a complex matrix environment.
Mandate: to identify and attract a number of deeply technical senior Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to support rapid growth in a rapidly transforming organisation.
Solution: Berwick executed an extensive cross-sector UK search, identifying talent from the IT software sector and corporate firms, who have significant application development operations. The Berwick team assessed over 100 candidates, shortlisting 30 in a four month period, providing a wealth of talent to suit a number of practice areas, resulting in hiring talent with a contemporary mind set to software engineering.
