Victoria Mayes

Victoria is a PA in our Government Public Practice. She joined Berwick in 2024 and provides support to Marek Dobrowolski.

From managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings to preparing documentation and facilitating smooth communication, Victoria plays a key role in keeping projects on track and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.

Prior to joining Berwick, Victoria spent six years at our sister company, Odgers, working primarily within the Not-for-Profit practice. During her time there, she also supported a wide range of sectors and collaborated across teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent outcomes.

I take pride in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. I enjoy building trusted relationships and being part of a process that leads to meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
