Sam is a dedicated Project Coordinator, having joined the company in 2017. Sam’s primary focus is on supporting Sue Johnson in the Inclusion and Diversity Consultancy (I&D), specifically managing projects related to I&D Strategy, Training, Analytics, and the Inclusive Recruitment Diagnostic Tool. Additionally, Sam contributes to the creation and maintenance of Templafy content for Berwick Partners.
With a background in professional services and public sector organisations, including the NHS, Sam brings a wealth of experience to their role. She is PRINCE2® qualified in Project Management, enabling her to effectively support global clients with their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training needs.
Within the company, Sam actively participates in the OMG Allies group, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

On a personal note, Sam resides in Leeds and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and paddleboarding. These hobbies reflect her love for nature and exploring the beautiful surroundings of her city. She also holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
