Bonnie Amos-English

Bonnie Amos-English is a Delivery Consultant in the Regeneration, Place & Social Housing Practice, specialising in Social Housing. She joined Berwick Partners in 2024. She is supported by her PA, Ellie Barrett.

Bonnie is a seasoned professional with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with opportunities in the social housing sector. With over eight years of experience in recruitment, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Berwick, where she focuses on appointing senior leaders to social housing organisations nationwide. Bonnie’s background includes working with leading architecture and interior design firms, where she’s filled notable roles in design, technical, and leadership capacities.

The role social housing plays in the support of our most vulnerable communities is incredibly important. I am dedicated to partnering with organisations to connect them with exceptional talent that can drive improvement in their work.

Prior to joining Berwick, she honed her skills at a boutique recruitment firm specialising in Architecture and Design, as well as in STEM recruitment with a prominent company. In addition to her professional endeavours, Bonnie is an active member of the Neurodiversity Allies Network, advocating for inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Outside of work, she finds joy in hiking with her dog Ziggy, indulging in city breaks, and running.
