Sumeet Virdee

Sumeet joined Berwick in 2024. As the Executive Assistant to our Managing Director, Richard Love, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Her responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to the leadership team, ensuring that day-to-day activities run efficiently and priorities are met.

Before joining Berwick, Sumeet started her career within the Civil Service on the Civil Service Fast Stream, later joining the Department for International Trade. She has held various roles across central government, specialising in providing support to Senior Leaders. Sumeet also gained valuable experience in the education sector before transitioning to Berwick.

I take pride in providing support to senior leaders in order to ensure that their day-to-day runs as efficiently as possible and ensure that priorities are met.

Sumeet holds a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Leicester and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the University of Law. Outside of her professional life, she loves to cook, travel, and practice reformer Pilates. She is also dedicated to volunteering for Women’s Aid.
