Nick Hammond

Nick Hammond is a Principal Consultant in the Living Sector at Berwick Partners, who joined the business in 2025.

Nick’s work focuses on hiring senior leaders across the Living sectors, including Build to Rent, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Later Living, and Single-Family Housing. He works closely with investors, developers, and operators to support their strategic growth through exceptional talent. He has successfully delivered searches for senior roles including Heads of Department, Directors, Managing Directors, and C-suite executives.

Prior to joining Berwick, Nick led the global Living practice at a boutique real estate search firm, overseeing assignments across the US, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Management from The University of Manchester.

Outside of work, Nick is passionate about endurance sports and has competed in marathons, ultra-distance events, and Ironman races around the world.
