Lisa is a Senior Executive Search Researcher, specialising in the Charities and Not-for-Profit sector. 

With a strong background in sociology and experience in legal recruitment, Lisa brings a unique perspective to her role. With her expertise in candidate sourcing and her commitment to finding exceptional talent, Lisa plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment needs of charities and not for profit organisations.

I enjoy finding great talent. 

Prior to joining Berwick Partners, she worked at a national recruitment agency specialising in resourcing for the legal sector. Her role involved attracting top-tier lawyers from prestigious law firms and FTSE 100 companies, covering various specialisations such as commercial contracts, litigation, employment, corporate law, and more.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Sociology, and in her free time she loves sports and fitness.
