Charleigh Webb

Charleigh is an enthusiastic Team Assistant, having joined Berwick Partners in 2024. She consistently delivers a high standard of work as she supports multiple consultants and teams within the business. She enjoys working with the remarkable talent and plethora of clients we partner with.

Prior to joining Berwick, Charleigh was a Performer, working on shows and tours such as Milkshake (Channel 5) and CBEEBIES. Since moving to Birmingham, she has worked as a Personal Assistant to Investors in Private Equity at BGF, and as a key member within Client Services for Avison Young.

I take pride in building strong relationships with everyone I come across and am confident in delivering the best service for our clients and candidates.

Within the business Charleigh is also a member of the Mental Health Allies Group. Outside of work, Charleigh enjoys being a resident Brummy (after many years in London) and adores her pet tortoise Tallulah.
