This role requires you to be on-site five days a week and is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver the people strategy during a pivotal phase of transformation and global growth.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a cross-functional HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance culture.
- Leading and developing the HR team.
- Driving employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Champion Maldon Salt as an employer of choice.
What We are Looking For
We are seeking a commercially minded, emotionally intelligent HR leader with:
- Significant HR leadership experience.
- Proven success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and happy to roll up your sleeves.
- Understanding of the dynamics of a family-owned business.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with HRMS systems.
