CalMac Ferries, Scotland’s iconic lifeline ferry operator, is seeking a visionary Head of IT Products & Services to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of innovative digital solutions that power essential transport services across Scotland’s west coast.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a nationally critical infrastructure provider. You’ll oversee IT products across four key domains; customer platforms, business systems, IoT solutions, and partner integrations, ensuring they deliver exceptional value, reliability, and user experience.
We’re looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and service delivery. You’ll bring experience managing cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and aligning technology with business goals. A passion for emerging tech, stakeholder engagement, and public service is essential.
