Reporting to the Group CEO, you’ll drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence across finance, HR, governance, digital services, and communications. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Link’s strategic direction, ensuring high standards of compliance, performance, and customer-focused service delivery.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of a values-led organisation that supports over 15,000 households across 26 local authorities. You’ll lead a team of over 100 professionals and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver sustainable growth and impactful change.
