CalMac Ferries, Scotland’s iconic lifeline ferry operator, is seeking a dynamic Technology Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major digital transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a vital public service, delivering technology-enabled change across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, data, and emerging tech like AI and IoT.
You’ll provide strategic leadership, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and drive measurable business outcomes. With a strong track record in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption, you’ll be instrumental in modernising CalMac’s operations and enhancing customer experience.
We’re looking for a resilient, energetic leader with MSP certification, 10+ years’ experience in tech transformation, and the ability to influence at executive level.
Salary: £70,000–£85,000 + excellent benefits
