Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in the UK. This is your chance to join a dynamic, innovative company committed to excellence and operating across multiple countries.
As HR Manager, you will manage and deliver end-to-end HR operations for approximately 1000 employees in the UK. You will lead a small team, ensuring the provision of an effective HR service during a period of transformation. Your agility and flexibility will be key as you influence and partner with the business to align HR services and delivery with organisational goals. Excellent employee relations knowledge and experience are important in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR partnering: Building strong relationships with the business, ensuring HR solutions meet local needs and broader business objectives.
- Employee relations: Manage and oversee complex employee relations issues.
- HR process improvement: Champion and implement HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a small HR team.
- Talent management: Support performance management, succession planning, employee development and retention.
- Organisational change: Provide advice and leadership during mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
- Collaboration: Work with HR Centres of Excellence to implement regional and global HR initiatives.
Candidate:
- Extensive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or HR business partner role within a multinational environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations in the UK, with a background in leading and developing HR teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems and experience championing and implementing improvements to the HR service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a change agent mindset and the ability to manage and navigate complex employee issues.
This role is based in London (hybrid, three days a week in the office) and will involve occasional travel.
