As Spurs continue to grow their global presence and deepen the connection with supporters, we are leading the search for a visionary Communications Director to shape and lead the Club’s communications strategy at a pivotal moment in the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Club’s integrated communications strategy across football, commercial, and community operations.
- Serve as senior communications advisor to the Board, Head Coaches, and Executive Team.
- Oversee supporter engagement, media relations, internal communications, and reputation management.
- Drive proactive storytelling and messaging alignment across all Club platforms.
- Build strong relationships with media, governing bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Champion the Club’s social impact, sustainability, and Foundation initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional communications team.

- A seasoned communications leader with experience in elite sport or entertainment.
- Proven expertise in media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- A passionate advocate for supporter engagement and the role of football in society.
- Collaborative, strategic, and values-driven, with a deep understanding of Premier League dynamics.
- A strong leader with excellent editorial judgment and a track record of delivering impact.
