AQA is the UK’s leading provider of academic qualifications for schools and colleges, with a legacy of expertise that spans over a century. From GCSEs and A-levels to the Extended Project Qualification and the Unit Award Scheme, our qualifications are widely respected by educators, employers, and universities alike. We also offer internationally recognised qualifications through our partnership with Oxford University Press, reaching learners in more than 40 countries. In recent years, we’ve broadened our scope through acquisitions, enabling us to deliver a wider range of vocational qualifications and apprenticeships from levels 1 to 6. This expansion reflects our commitment to supporting learners across both academic and work-based pathways.

As an independent education charity, everything we do is driven by our mission to advance education and empower learners to achieve their potential. Our values guide our approach. We are proud to play a key role in shaping the future of education, ensuring that our qualifications not only reflect the highest standards but also open doors for learners at every stage of their journey.
