Headed by Tim Jackson as Chief Executive, Alcumus-Veriforce UK operates through two main brands which are SafeContractor and CHAS. Together, the organisation is the largest of its kind in the UK by far with c.60,000 contractors on its system, generating £90 million revenue, employing 500 people and is very profitable and growing c.20% year-on-year. With the coming together of two of the market leaders, there is significant potential for further growth for Alcumus-Veriforce as they capitalize on the increased scale and market penetration of both businesses.
Alcumus-Veriforce UK has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, high-performing Account Management professional to be its new SVP, Key Accounts and Client Success. As a highly commercial individual, the appointee will be integral in ensuring the organisation meets its high-growth objectives and continues to achieve double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth. Reporting to the UK Chief Executive you will lead and grow team of account management professionals, deepen and manage relationships within strategically important accounts, ensure best in class processes and approaches and, as appropriate, merge and harmonize the CHAS and SafeContractor people and processes.
You will be passionate about client service delivery and an advocate for delivering customer excellence. Either leading the function currently or ready to take that step, ideally you will bring experience of either working within the Compliance and Risk Management sector or selling services into similar environments. You will bring experience of operating withing fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environments where change is a constant.
