With a £10M turnover, 800+ housing units and operations across five UK cities, ACH is at a pivotal point in its growth journey and is now seeking a dynamic Chair of the Board to guide the next chapter.
As Chair, you will provide strategic leadership to the Board, act as a trusted partner to the CEO, and represent ACH externally with influence and integrity. This is a unique opportunity to shape a nationally recognised organisation tackling some of the UK’s most pressing social challenges, from housing to integration and opportunity.

- Proven board-level leadership, ideally in fast-growing, regulated or socially impactful settings
- A strong strategic mindset, able to balance innovation, governance and sustainability
- Deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and community empowerment
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
