Gateley plc are seeing to appoint a new permanent Change Director to play a pivotal role in driving their change initiatives. Reporting to the COO, this newly created job will support recent investment in the team and sustain and accelerate future growth.
Ideally based at Gateley’s largest UK office in Birmingham, this appointment will complement an internal re-positioning of the Change team. Transitioning from the technology team to a become a consolidated business-centric function.

The role:
As Change Director you will ensure the successful delivery of all major projects and programmes of change, whilst leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. Working collaboratively with colleagues, prioritising workloads and challenging the status quo to ensure the best outcomes. This job will develop a change roadmap and evolve Gateley’s change capability.
Key responsibilities include:
· Planning and leading the strategic roadmap and management of the change team.
· End-to-end delivery of projects within quality, time and budget constraints.
· Driving best practice and effective governance, allocating resources effectively.
· Key stakeholder engagement across Gateley and with external partners.
· Leading the integration of acquired businesses to maximise value for Gateley.
The candidate:
To be shortlisted for this position we are seeking applicants with:
· Previous experience in a senior transformation or change management role, ideally from within a Legal or Professional Services environment.
· A track record of successfully delivering complex projects and aligning change initiatives to business strategy.
· Experience in building and developing high-performing change teams.
· Strategic thinking, with the ability to articulate a clear vision for change.
· The ability to influence and build key stakeholder relationships.
