Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly commercial and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our leadership team in a newly created position for IFRS Foundation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the CRO will play a pivotal role in securing resources to support our mission. You will lead our philanthropic engagement, institutional development, and earned revenue initiatives, ensuring the IFRS Foundation's impact continues to thrive globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a multi-stakeholder funding strategy which includes oversight of our engagement with national and supranational institutions, commercial products and services, philanthropic foundations and the private sector.
- Lead global revenue-generating activities and nurture a high-performing team.
- Develop integrated funding reporting mechanisms for the Trustees.
- Monitor the market for future funding opportunities.
- Implement performance metrics to meet fundraising/revenue targets.
- Advocate for and enhance the reputation of the IFRS Foundation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior-level experience in development roles or fundraising/marketing in the private sector or non-profits.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with public and private stakeholders.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and integration of development planning into organisational financial plans.
- Preferred: Experience in international membership organisations or private sector with public service interaction, familiarity with financial services and standards, sustainability disclosures, or policy.
