Graven Hill Village Holding Company Ltd and Graven Hill Village Development Company Ltd (GHDC) were established by Cherwell District Council to own and develop the Graven Hill site. In an innovative move, and after significant due diligence, including examining European sites, Graven Hill was purchased from the Ministry of Defence in 2014.
The Company has a board of Directors comprising a mix of Independent Non Executives and Executive Directors. The company has the same responsibilities as a standard development body – to be commercially successful and deliver a high quality sustainable development to an approved business plan.
As part of the continued growth and development of Graven Hill and GHDC, we are looking for two Independent Non-Executive Directors to join the Board, bringing with them a range of experiences to work alongside the current Board and our recently appointed Chair, Terry Fuller.
