About the Role
As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will lead a small team to develop and execute the BI vision. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategy and operations. You’ll design and use advanced analytics solutions to create dashboards and reports that can be used by other business areas to make key strategic decisions.
Collaboration is key. You will partner with leaders across the business to understand their data needs and deliver insights. Additionally, you will manage the communication and marketing team, translating complex financial investments into benefits for residents and presenting the business as a sound investment opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in BI tools and data management software, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and leadership track record.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in housing or public sector would also be beneficial.
