Westminster is an amazing place. Home to over 250,000 residents from all backgrounds, over 50,000 vibrant and vital businesses and the work setting for three-quarters-of-a-million people. Westminster City Council believes in creating a city where people are born into a supportive and safe environment, grow and learn throughout their lives, build fantastic careers in world-leading industries, have access to high quality, affordable homes and retire into the community with dignity and pride. We work together to adapt to the changing needs of our communities – resulting in a dynamic atmosphere where ambition, diversity and creativity are celebrated.

We are looking for a Chief of Repairs to join us in a critical leadership role as the driving force behind our responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance services. This role has a strong focus on resident experience and customer satisfaction which should underpin everything you do. Your vision and passion for creating the very best resident experience and housing repair service will inspire and engage our teams, forging a deep sense of commitment to our mission and purpose.

As Chief of Repairs you’ll have an important leadership role and will be tasked with driving cultural and organisation change to develop a data led performance culture with a commitment to improving resident satisfaction across all tenures. You’ll lead, motivate, coach, and support your teams, enabling a culture of learning and growth which embodies the “Westminster Way”.
