The Chief Executive Officer will work within the NYMR governance system and support both the Trust and the Plc boards to deliver their strategic plans robustly and effectively. They will also provide strategic and operational leadership, apply commercial judgement, ensure the focus remains on both Safety Management and Inclusion, and lead the team in delivering the NYMR’s vision, mission, and charitable purposes.
