The Role
This role presents a unique opportunity to become an entrepreneur, operating with complete autonomy and freedom, but without the risk that usually comes with that. We are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals to join a boutique, international sales and negotiation consultancy firm who have grown by over 30% in the past three years with a proven concept. You will be part of a global team of entrepreneurs with a passion for sales and negotiation, working with other Consultants to acquire customers, manage relationships and deliver coaching and training.
Hovingh & Partners sell and facilitate sales and negotiation training based on the world’s bestselling methods including ENS Negotiation & Influencing®, the Ray Leone Sales Funnel®. As a new Consultant, you will be provided with ‘train-the-trainer’ education, peer coaching and support with project management, administration, marketing, and lead generation. Hovingh & Partners helps entrepreneurs to build a successful consultancy without the risk of ‘going it alone’ - especially compelling for experienced commercial leaders who want to run an independent business whilst still being part of a team that supports, inspires them and has the ambition to support customers together in achieving better sales and negotiation results.
This is an entrepreneurial role without a fixed salary, but being a partner consultant with Hovingh & Partners is financially very rewarding. Our premium quality methodologies and impressive references of results improvement at well-known companies, and a fair fee structure enables you to earn high incomes. Our senior partners all earn more than £250k annually. We will also invest in lead generation for your business.
The Candidate
Successful Hovingh & Partners consultants are senior commercial leaders or management consultants with a proven track record in sales and negotiation. All have had careers in multinationals or high growth SME’s with hands on sales and negotiation experience, holding front line and senior sales management positions. You will be genuinely passionate about sales and about helping, developing, and coaching people.
Candidates should have:
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) services, preferably internationally.
- 5 years + recent experience in the acquisition of new, large, customers.
- 3 years + in sales management.
- Proven success in working with complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence in negotiating at management level.
- An entrepreneurial, self-starting hunter mentality with strong facilitation and communication skills.
