Independent Healthcare

Background to the Role

Berwick’s Independent Healthcare practice is one of the leading healthcare recruitment firms for senior professionals – winning Executive Search Provider of the Year at the 2023 Health Investor Awards. We work with a wide range of healthcare service providers – from diagnostics, to mental health, to allied healthcare – to help appoint outstanding individuals across all senior functions.

Our clients regard us as trusted advisors, offering an efficient and personal service. Primarily, we yield outstanding results when attracting exceptional talent.

All our work is retained – and Berwick Partners is a great place to develop from either a contingent or interim Consultant into a fully retained executive search professional. This role will suit an individual who is not looking to develop large teams, but someone who enjoys client interaction and a consultative approach to recruitment.
