It has been a pleasure to work with Hannah and the Odgers team to secure our new Director of Nursing.

Hannah took time to understand the role, team and organisation to create a targeted and successful campaign. Hannah ensured we had regular updates, detailing the scale of the campaign and interest levels. She shared her expertise on how to run the selection process and supported the final negotiations.

We have had a lot of organisational growth in the past few years, and we identified an opportunity to have a Director of HR sitting on our Executive Committee. As this was a brand new post, Basil and the team gave some expert advice on the role. This support with the prep meant that we had a really strong response to the post and Basil helped navigate us through this to get to a great shortlist, all to the agreed deadlines which can be rare in executive search! We engaged Tom of Berwick Partners to recruit a CEO for the Society. He was proactive and thorough, producing a selection of excellent candidates.
