Lucy Brennan is a Partner within the Financial Leadership Practice at Berwick Partners.
She rejoined the firm in 2024, bringing with her extensive experience in running search assignments for senior finance roles across a variety of sectors, including industrials, private healthcare, and infrastructure. Lucy’s work spans both UK-wide and international markets, where she has successfully placed key roles such as CFO for a PE-backed energy company, a board role for a sustainable fuels company, FD for a rail manufacturer, and Group FC for a FTSE250 transport company.

Before returning to Berwick Partners, Lucy built her career with leading global recruitment firms based in Manchester and London. Her earlier tenure with Berwick Partners lasted six years, and she is pleased to be back with the organisation. Lucy’s client base includes B2B services, manufacturing, private healthcare, energy, renewables, supply chain, and logistics companies, where she takes pride in advising on the best talent for her clients’ current and future needs.
Lucy holds a degree in Russian from Manchester University. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, good food, golf, and running.
