Lisa Waite

Lisa is an experienced PA Team Leader who joined us in 2018. She supports multiple practices as well as our Head of Operations, Sarah Foster.

Lisa is an active member of our team, embracing the company’s values of diversity and contributes to a positive work environment. In her role as PA Team Leader, Lisa mentors, guides, and oversees the PA team, ensuring that processes are being followed and the standard of work is consistently high across the entire team. 

Before us, Lisa gained experience in conveyancing and served as an Office Manager at a criminal defence solicitors for 10 years. These roles equipped her with strong organisational and administrative abilities that she brings to her role.

I love being part of the Berwick Partners team, who promote the power of diversity and are forward-thinking. 

Outside of work, she treasures quality time with her family, delights in cooking, and enjoys exploring new places.
