Charleigh Webb

Charleigh is an enthusiastic PA, having joined Berwick Partners in 2024. She consistently delivers a high standard of work as she supports Liam Young, Consultant in the Education Practice and Lucy Brennan, Partner in the Financial Leadership Practice.

Prior to joining Berwick, Charleigh was a Performer, working on shows and tours such as Milkshake (Channel 5) and CBEEBIES. Since moving to Birmingham, she has worked as a Personal Assistant to Investors in Private Equity at BGF, and as a key member within Client Services for Avison Young.

I take pride in building strong relationships with everyone I come across and am confident in delivering the best service for our clients and candidates.

Within the business Charleigh is also a member of the Mental Health Allies Group. Outside of work, Charleigh enjoys being a resident Brummy (after many years in London) and adores her pet tortoise Tallulah.
