Caitlin Tickell

Caitlin Tickell joined Berwick Partners as a Principal Consultant in the Government Practice in 2023. She brings with her a wealth of expertise in recruiting for senior leadership roles within the public sector. Caitlin is supported by her PA Heather McQuillan.

Caitlin’s work revolves around connecting exceptional leaders with public sector organisations. Her extensive network spans across various sectors, including central government departments, non-departmental public bodies, parliaments, and local government entities. Caitlin’s geographical remit extends nationwide, making her a key player in recruiting top talent for public institutions. Caitlin has filled senior leadership positions at the Houses of Parliament, Central Whitehall Departments, Arm’s-Length Bodies, and local government organisations including roles such as Chief Analyst, Director of Dispute Resolution, Director of Arts, and COO.

In addition to her client-focused role, Caitlin is Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Allies Group within the firm. Caitlin’s educational background includes an MChem from Balliol College, University of Oxford, and a Masters in Public Policy and Management at Birkbeck, University of London.
