Bonnie Amos-English is a Consultant in the Regeneration, Place & Social Housing Practice, specialising in Social Housing. She joined Berwick Partners in 2024. She is supported by her PA, Claire Crawford.

Bonnie has over nine years of experience in recruitment, in the Built Environment, Infrastructure and Social Housing sectors. She is a seasoned professional with a passion for providing exceptional service to her clients, and an enjoyable and valuable experience for candidates.  Bonnie brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Berwick, where she focuses on appointing senior leaders to social housing organisations nationwide. Bonnie’s most recent appointments include Chair of the Board at Ashley Community and Housing, Head of Business Intelligence at Populo Living, Director of Customer Experience at GreenSquareAccord and Strategic Director of Housing at Nottingham City Council.

The role social housing plays in the support of making Housing accessible and affordable to all is incredibly important. I am dedicated to partnering with organisations to connect them with exceptional talent that can drive improvement in their work.

In addition to her professional endeavours, Bonnie is an active member of the Gender Allies Network, advocating for inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. Outside of work, she finds joy in hiking with her dog Ziggy, and participating in charity fundraisers, most recently trekking part of the Sahara Desert in aid of Winchester Hospice.
