Aemilia is an Associate Partner in the Private Healthcare Executive Search Practice.
She focuses on recruiting senior managerial appointments for the independent healthcare sector which includes private hospitals, mental health, dentistry, primary care, domiciliary care and care home groups.
She has successfully recruited a broad cross section of medical and non-medical appointments for single site to national organisations, private equity backed to privately owned. Her specialities include Hospital Directors, Regional Directors, Nursing Roles and Quality Roles as well as Care Home Managers and Clinical appointments. Aemilia is supported by her PA Yvonne Bailey.
I am passionate about private healthcare and the growing place it has in our healthcare offering and am excited to be part of the seismic change in healthcare as we manage more complex care for our older population, whilst our younger generation look to proactively manage their own healthcare.
Aemilia graduated with Honours from the University of Keele. Sport is key to her wellbeing – she enjoys playing tennis competitively and balances that with yoga. She also enjoys watching her children play rugby, tennis, netball and row.
