National Parks Partnerships (NPP) is seeking a Chief Executive who will lead the organisation’s next exciting phase. NPP works with the 15 National Parks across the UK to develop and deliver purpose-led partnerships that generate value for these vital landscapes. Through commercial partnerships and innovative nature restoration projects that attract private finance, we harness the power and value of the National Parks UK brand through sector-leading partnerships. We have a successful track record that includes partnerships with global companies such as BMW, Estee Lauder Companies, Santander UK and Columbia Sportswear. We also receive direct funding from the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA for our green finance work.

NPP is at a crucial time in its development, with secure foundations and the opportunity to amplify and achieve even more for the National Parks. Our new Chief Executive will provide inspirational and strategic leadership, advancing us in our mission. They will embody our guiding principles, being entrepreneurial, ethically-led, ambitious and collaborative.

We are seeking a creative and action-oriented individual who can lead across our stakeholders and partners, advocating effectively for our offerings, with the commercial acuity to identify and develop new strategic opportunities. The Chief Executive will work closely with the Chair and the Board to ensure that NPP continues to operate with impact and generate clear benefits for all of our partners and stakeholders.
