We are looking for a confident, experienced Executive Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement Livability’s strategic fundraising capability together with a combined focus to increase brand awareness and engagement, internally and externally. The main focus of this role is on the ability to shape and drive the Fundraising Team while forging collaborative, efficient working across the broader Directorate.

• At least five years’ operating within a senior fundraising, marketing or communications role
• Growing income for an organisation through a variety of fundraising strategies
• Cultivating major donors and delivering a wide range of profitable fundraising events
• Experience on leading a charity’s fundraising / marketing and communication operation
• Strong Leadership skills and experience creating and managing high performance teams
• Commitment to Livability’s values and goals
