In addition to providing world recognised education under the umbrella of Swiss International Baccalaureate program, the school offers exceptional sports and extracurricular activities, with well-equipped sports academies for swimming, taekwondo, gymnastics, horse riding, athletics, and soccer, and boasting international professionals as coaches.

We are now seeking to grow and broaden out our offering in a way that makes a positive contribution to society via a clear value set.

Our scale of provision is ambitious in terms of making Think and Grow an IB continuum school leading to a university. As such, we are seeking a Principal who will be able to lead the development of the holistic model, whilst growing the school from 100 students to 3,000 across all levels. This will be supported by investment in ongoing capital growth as well as hiring and training staff.

We are based in Lahore on a 17-acre site and our new Principal will be required to relocate to Pakistan. The role requires the appointee to be physically present and in touch with learners and staff alike to lead with passion and visibility.
