Executive search firm Berwick Partners has expanded it’s IT & Digital leadership practice with the appointment of IT Leadership recruitment expert, Rob Fain.
Joining the firm as a Principal Consultant, Fain brings 12+ years specialist recruitment experience, most recently running a successful Midlands IT and Technology practice with a global FTSE 250 recruiter. During Rob’s tenure, the Birmingham based operation accelerated out of the pandemic, trebled in size and built multiple, strong partnerships with some of the biggest firms in Midlands industry.
At Berwick Partners, Rob will further develop the IT & Digital leadership offering nationally, building on the firm’s strong presence in the manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and business services sectors. Rob will focus on creating lasting relationships with a network of IT leaders and supporting the firm’s vision to be the most credible and high-quality senior IT recruitment firm nationwide.
