Change and volatility in the markets brings opportunity for good people. It was ever thus. As we now begin to see greater volumes of people ‘return to work’ the drive to recruit is following close behind them. Recessions are typically seen as ‘buyers’ markets’, with high competition between candidates for all available roles.  This is never more acute than for leadership positions.

Simply ‘dusting off’ the last version is a false economy which leads to disappointment.
