Digital Transformation: The Evolution of Leadership in Construction – Roundtable Dinner

On Thursday 8th February we hosted an intimate dinner for Directors across the construction and infrastructure sector at our London office. Leading figures from national and international businesses joined us in a discussion to share their challenges and thoughts on digital transformation and the impact on leadership within the sector.

We were joined by highly esteemed guest hosts Graham Herries, Director of Digital Technologies at Laing O’Rourke and Alex Janzen, Contractors Client Director at Atkins. Both spoke passionately about their views on the direction of the sector and the opportunity that Digital Transformation offers the industry, as well as the changing dynamics of leadership within the sector.

The evening also saw the launch of the research paper, “Digital Transformation: The Evolution of Leadership within Construction” which has been a collaborative project between Berwick Partners and the Institute of Civil Engineers. The report can be downloaded here.
