Clare Bromley – from Researcher to Principal Researcher

Shortly after graduating in 2014, I joined Berwick Partners as a generalist Researcher, working across a range of different sectors and functions before ultimately specialising in Higher Education in mid-2017.  I was then promoted to Senior Researcher in January 2018 and Principal Researcher in January 2020.  At each stage of my career pathway, I have become more and more involved in the assignment process, becoming a key member of the Higher Education Practice in addition to taking on more responsibilities within the research team.
