James Hatcher

James Hatcher is Head of Marketing for Berwick Partners.

James is an experienced Marketing professional with over 10 years in this job role. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Berwick. James is responsible for our marketing strategy, growing the Berwick brand, and manage our marketing team. He is also part of the Berwick leadership team.

I am extremely excited about joining Berwick Partners. I see so much potential for the marketing team to make a real difference and to support the growth of the business, enabling us to assist more organisations.

Prior to joining Berwick, James worked for an Inclusion and Diversity consultancy business where he managed and grew enquiries, managed events and webinars, as well as starting an award winning podcast. He graduated from the University of Bath with a Bachelors in Management with Marketing.

Outside of work, James has a young family so tantrums and Frozen keeps him occupied outside of work!
